Daily Performance Reports

Sender Certification Daily Performance Reports (DPR) are designed to give you a daily overview of your email program. Your personalized DPR is delivered directly to your inbox each day and provides you with the current standing of your Certified IPs, what has changed since the previous day, and highlights any issues that call for immediate attention. This report is an excellent resource for the hands-on Email Marketer or Marketing Operations professional looking to have better outcomes from their email channel.

 

The Daily Performance Report Includes:

  • Your Program Health: A snapshot of your email program that includes any changes detected since the previous day’s report and how many of your Certified IPs are enabled, suspended, partially suspended, or have threshold warnings.
  • Highest Priority Issue and Top Problematic Campaign: Information about your highest priority issue and top problematic campaign so you can take the necessary actions to fix them, as well as links to Help Center articles relevant to your issue.
  • Mailbox Provider Data: Detailed performance metrics by IP, including volume, complaints, spam trap hits, and Microsoft Sender Reputation Data (SRD).
  • Data Downloads: CSV reports attached to your DPR that include daily Certification data and a 30-day aggregate of Certification data.

Monthly Performance Reports

Sender Certification Monthly Performance Reports (MPR) provide a high-level overview of your email program performance for the previous 30 days and are delivered directly to your inbox at the beginning of each month. This report is great to share with leadership so they can stay attune with the current state of your email channel performance but not be bogged down by too much detail.

The Monthly Performance Report Includes:

  • Monthly Summary: A snapshot of your email program’s monthly performance, highlighting any administrative actions (such as IP additions or removals) and a breakdown of your IP status throughout the month.
  • Highest Priority Issue: Information about your highest priority issue so you can take the necessary actions to fix it, as well as links to Help Center articles relevant to your issue.
  • Security Suspensions: Information on all confirmed security events that occurred in the previous month.
  • Performance Overview: Details on your inbox placement rate, sending volume, and suspension count across all your IPs.
  • Value Comparison: A visual that compares your inbox placement rate against similar uncertified senders.
