Validity Welcomes New Financial and Technology Executives To Support Rapid Growth

Andrew Lazarus and Geoff Charron bring decades of experience to the company leadership in advance of plans for strategic growth

BOSTON NOVEMBER 2, 2022

Today Validity, the leading provider of data quality and email marketing success solutions, announced two new additions to its leadership team as part of the company’s rapid growth and momentum. Andrew Lazarus was named Chief Financial Officer and Geoff Charron was named Chief Technology Officer.

With these two strategic leadership changes coming at the heels of recent product expansions and offerings, Validity is positioned to offer world-class solutions to businesses of all sizes in 2023. In an increasingly competitive email landscape, Validity helps companies target, contact, engage, and keep customers by using trustworthy data in ethical ways.

Andrew Lazarus, Chief Financial Officer
As Validity’s Chief Financial Officer, Andrew will leverage his experience in finance and investor relations to scale the company for its next stage of growth. With a focus on strategy and execution, Andrew will pull in his past experience in building financial infrastructures and enabling strategic business growth, to elevate the documentation and processes to ensure clarity and alignment across teams as Validity scales its business. Previously, Andrew has served as Chief Financial Officer at Electric, Pilot Freight Services, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, and more.

Geoff Charron, Chief Technology Officer
Geoff will oversee Validity’s engineering, DevOps, security, compliance, and privacy teams, with a particular focus on innovation as the organization continues to scale for growth. His primary goal will be ensuring Validity continues to expand and improve its world-class, critical solutions. Throughout his career, Geoff garnered extensive experience with acquisitions and supporting global technology teams through periods of growth and change, with technology leadership roles at Inovalon, ABILITY Network and a number of leading security products companies.
