2016 Consumer Network Data

According to Return Path’s Consumer Network, 14% of promotional emails in Singapore were delivered to the spam folder, which is slightly more than the worldwide average of 87%. Q1, 2016 saw the best inbox placement rates for marketers with only 10% of email being classified as spam. Q3, 2015 was the worst with only 85% of emails reaching the inbox and the other 15% being sent to spam.
