The phishing allowlist enables you to identify which IP addresses/DNS entries are actually legitimate. Many early customers of Reputation may seen a larger number of false-positive phishing attempts until their allowlist is built up over time.
By allowlisting your IP address in the “Manage Allowlist” section of Reputation, you can clarify which ones you actually own and use so 250ok can avoid false-positives in the future.
When you open the screen, you’ll see the full list of IP addresses (along with their rDNS lookups) that we’ve detected, and a toggle to indicate if they’re allowlisted or not. Simply click the toggles the rows you want to add or remove from your allowlist.
We recommend checking and verifying your allowlist on a weekly basis.
