When viewing the Inbox ISP Overview (clicking Inbox > Campaigns will take you to the Campaign Overview screen where you can and select the ISP Overview tab) you will notice ISPs listed globally and by region, as well as by hosting and filtering company.
The region total is calculated based on the number of seed addresses and not the overall placement at each provider. For example, this makes a service like AOL with 20 addresses carry more weight than a service like Terra with 10 addresses.
