The industry has been a buzz with the news that the Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL) is set to be repealed. Don’t be fooled! The source of this news was a post by our friend Ken Magill on April 1st. Perhaps, some read only the headline and neglected to read through the article itself to discover that it was nothing more than an April Fool's prank. To confirm, CASL is alive and well, and enforcement will kick in on July 1, 2014.

Worried about being prepared for the looming enforcement date? Maybe you’re reading this thinking “There’s a Canadian anti-spam law?”. Either way, Return Path has you covered. We will be hosting a webinar about all things CASL on May 28, 2014. CASL experts, Shaun Brown from nNovation LLP and Andre Leduc of Industry Canada, will join us to answer your burning questions.

Stay tuned for webinar registration info.
