What’s your role here at Return Path?
I teach people how to avoid spamming their subscribers and how to create email programs their subscribers enjoy.
What initially brought you here?
The people! The team in Denver is wonderful.

There are so many different metrics that mailbox providers look at when making inboxing decisions!
What energizes you about your role at Return Path?
I get excited helping email marketers better understand the world of email.
What problem is the most fun to solve?
Deliverability issues are probably the most gratifying. Getting emails to the inbox is so important – and sometimes very tricky.
What about you might come as a surprise to those that work closely with you?
I released a single with my friends on iTunes at the beginning of the year.
What’s the most memorable email campaign you’ve seen lately?
I really enjoy emails from Madewell—their subject lines are so catchy!
What emails can we find in your personal inbox?
You’ll see emails about travel deals and a kickboxing class schedule.
