Upgraded Sender Score Monitor platform provides instant diagnostics of delivery failures across all major global ISPs and spam filters
New York (July 19, 2007) — Return Path‘s Sender Score unit, the industry’s only comprehensive email deliverability service provider, has launched a new version of its Sender Score Monitor deliverability tool, making it the first deliverability tracking platform to incorporate real-time reputation diagnostics into its campaign monitoring analytics.
Industry sources have long maintained that sender reputation – factors such as end user complaints, unknown users, infrastructure security holes, and spam trap hits – and not the content of emails or arbitrary rules set up by filters and ISPs, determines whether or not commercial emails reach the inbox or are blocked or filtered into a junk mail folder.
