I think we can all agree that the thought of cleaning your CRM isn’t something that immediately sparks joy – but imagine the outcome. So, while we don’t need to use all six steps for this practice, let’s apply some of these steps and general principles to cleaning your CRM:

 

  • Commit yourself to tidying up

The first step to solving your problem is admitting you have one. Admit that your CRM is overridden with duplicate data, inaccurate formatting, and outdated information.
